When you place an order with the SpaceFlight Now Store, we will generally ship your item by Royal Mail within one working day.
We endeavour to keep all products in stock. If a product is not available for immediate shipment we will notify you. Your credit card will not be charged for products until they are shipped.
You may return most items sold by the SpaceFlight Now Store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if unopened and in its original condition. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any CD, DVD, VHS tape or software product that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap), unless the product is defective.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
If the item you're returning is a gift, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Please contact us for information on how to return a specific product. We cannot accept return products when we have not issued a return authorization number.
