The Final Mission - NASA emblem developed for the Shuttle Carrier Aircraft (SCA) crew and their support teams which delivered Discovery to Washington, DC and Enterprise to New York City and will transport Endeavor later this year to California.

The emblem incorporates the three shuttles and three different types of aircraft that take part in the ferry flights, including the SCA, known by its tail number NASA 905. It has all three orbiters names, the American flag and the shuttle on top of NASA 905. There is also the C-9 Pathfinder and the T-38, photography craft flying with the SCA. The phrase "The Final Mission" is inscribed along a tab on the bottom of the emblem.
